FAI Sporting License:
Each competitor and F2A helper must possess a FAI Sporting Licence valid for 2023. This licence must be registered in the FAI Licences database. The holder of a FAI Sporting licence may be required to produce an official document bearing his photograph and signature as proof of identity.
Protest :
Any protest must be presented in writing to the Contest Director and must be accompanied by the deposit of a 50 Euros fee. This deposit is returned only if the protest is upheld.

Classification and awards :
First, second and third ranked competitors will be awarded a cup.
For Juniors, as for Female competitors, specific classifications will lead to reward the first, second and third ranked competitors.

Entry Fees :
Senior competitor : 40 €, Saturday evening banquet included.
Junior : 25 €
Extra Class : 20 €
Extra Banquet : 20 €
Deadlines :
Preliminary entry forms must be sent to the organizers by email no later than May 20.

Food and Lodging :
Food : Banquet and other meals will be served on the field by the organizers. Simple French fare will be available at reasonable cost, Saturday and Sunday lunch time

Insurance :
It is recommended that individual health and travel insurance is purchased before travelling. For EU citizens, health care is covered under social health care on presentation of an EU 11 form available in the country of residence. Citizens from outside the EU should provide their own health insurance to cover illness and travel insurance.

Fuel :
F2A fuel as defined in FAI rules will be used at the competition : 80% Methanol, 20% Castor Oil.
Flying model facility for competitors’ disposal will be available from June 9th 2023 from 08:00 to 19:00.
